We use Web Cookies for limited purposes  
We at Web2Vault.com respect the privacy rights and interests of visitors and customers that access our website. Web2Vault.com does collect cookies but does so only to capture information about page visits so we may better improve our product and services. The information obtained from the cookies is anonymous and used for internal purposes only. We do not share or sell this the information and solely use it for internal purposes to assess page visit popularity, traffic and use patterns and whatever other insight may help us improve our product and services.  In addition, Web2Vault.com sets a session cookie on your browser in order to maintain account integrity during a user session.  The session cookie is eliminated at the completion of the user session.

We use customer personally identifiable information for business purposes
When it comes to other privacy related information such as if you e-mail us and provide personally identifiable information about yourself, the information you provide will be used only so we may best respond to your request. Again, we do not sell, market, or otherwise provide access to your information so that third parties may use it for their own commercial purposed. Note, however, as described in our terms of service (http://www.web2vault.com/tos.txt) we may allow for our service providers to have access solely so they can carry out their job for us.

How we get your information and manage it
Customer information is collected on voluntary basis with your consent when you sign up as a customer to use our services. When you become a WEB2VAULT.com  user we create an account for you and at that time we collect personal information you from including your e-mail address. Obviously we obtain this personal information so we may activate your account. We do not share this information with outside parties. We also only collect the minimum amount of information we feel is necessary to satisfactory and efficiently provide you with our services

If you email us we will use your return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used or retained for any other purpose nor shared with outside parties except for in the necessity of carrying our services for us. (See above).

Another reason we may use the information is to notify you about important changes to our website, upgrades or new services, or on occasion certain deals that we believe you as our customer  may find of interest or benefit. If you prefer to not receive such information, you can opt-out at any time by contacting us directly at Priavcy @ Web2Vault.com. Every promotion we conduct will also contain opt-out instructions. On occasion we also may want to periodically conduct a survey and ask customers about our product, services, or even our website and again every request will contain an explicit opt-out provision We do not share you information with third-party’s for marketing purposes and if at anytime we change our policy we will notify you in advance of such a change in our privacy policy  and provide you with the requisite opt-in or opt-out options  as required by certain laws and regulations.
 

Accessing Your Payment Information
Customers may also access their personal contact information through e-mail or our customer service number to correct discrepancies and update records with new address information. Our Web based payment system is managed by PayPal and we have no contact or access to the credit card information provided. If for any reason you have problems the Web2Vault.com charges managed through PayPal let us know at Support@web2vault.com and we assist.

No Web2Vault.com users under 13 years of age
Web2Vault.com does not provide or sell services to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  If for any reason you have concern that a child under 13 has used our services please contact us immediately and we will stop such service and delete such information in attempt to best address such inappropriate use.

How we treat your Cross -Border Data Protection Privacy Interests
We welcome all users but note that consent to transfer and EU Data Protection are important to us and that that our Web Site and related processes are operated in the United States. In using this Web Site and/or related services you providing us with your personal information through this Web Site which means you have consented to this transfer of your personal information to the United States.

Limited events when we will share your information
There are a few times when we will make your personally identifiable information available to other companies or people:
o    If required by law when need to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
o    When you have specifically agreed to share such information.

Our customers may change their information as often as necessary however the Terms of Use continue to apply through the course of any changes.

Material Changes in Our Privacy Policy
We will notify you of any material changes in our privacy policy by posting them to our website privacy policy noting what we changed in the policy and point to what we have changed. If we decide to share personally identifiable information for marketing business purposes we email notify the users subject to this change in accordance with such laws and regulations.
